Orders placed before 1pm are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 1pm and on weekends are processed the next business day. When processing is complete; you will receive an email with tracking number.
Most orders are delivered 3- 14 business days.
If picking up, in-store an item that had to be delivered to the store, shipping rates will apply.
Lady Ks Kouture is not responsible for misdelivered packages. If this so happens, please contact the carrier of tracking number used. The store will provide any information needed if necessary. This mishap will be out of the stores control.
